Ticket Purchase
By purchasing tickets through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- All tickets are subject to availability and weather conditions
- Tickets are valid for the date selected at the time of purchase
- E-tickets will be delivered to the email address provided
- Please present your e-ticket (printed or digital) at the lower cableway station
Pricing
- All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR)
- Promotional prices are subject to change without notice
- Child tickets are valid for ages 4-17 years
- Children under 4 ride free of charge
- Senior citizen rates apply to South African citizens aged 60 and above with valid ID
- Student rates require valid student identification
Weather & Operations
The Table Mountain Aerial Cableway operates subject to weather conditions. The cableway may be closed due to high winds, rain, or poor visibility. In the event of closure:
- Tickets may be used on an alternative date
- Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Check current operating status before your visit
Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
- A processing fee may apply to refund requests
- Tickets cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled visit are non-refundable
Safety
Visitors must comply with all safety instructions provided by cableway staff. The cableway operator reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with safety regulations.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our ticketing service. Our total liability is limited to the value of the tickets purchased.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
